Losing Weight through hypnosis is not like any diet you have ever tried.
Hypnosis helps you rewire your mind to get rid of your cravings and guide you towards healthy food choices. We offer a lifestyle change that you will welcome and retain once your journey is underway.
At Align Hypnosis, we schedule three sessions in a weight loss series over a four week period.
These sessions are informative and instrumental in changing your eating lifestyle.
Once you complete the series, Align Hypnosis remains part of your journey with offering a Free Virtual Monthly Group Hypnosis on the third Tuesday of every month at 7pm EST.
At Align Hypnosis we believe that as the weight loss series ends, your journey is just beginning.

Providing a monthly hypnosis is a means to support you and encourage you to stay on your healthy path.
Group Weight Loss Sessions (In Person or Virtual) are a series of 3 sessions focusing on the losing phase of your journey to weight loss and better health.
The first session will be a (90) minutes session.
The second and third session will be approximately (75) minute sessions.
These sessions occur over a 4 week period.
Session #1 - Week 1
Session #2 - Week 2 (same day of the week and time as first session)
BREAK WEEK
Session #3 - Week 4 (same day of the week and time as first session)
How it works:
In Person - You will be sitting in a comfortable chair. Head relaxed back, eyes closed as the Hypnotist creates positive suggestions towards the losing phase of your journey.
Virtual - You will need to be in a comfortable space (uninterrupted for your entire session). Where you can recline back, have your head and neck supported, eyes closed. The device camera needs to be directed at your face and chest. This is so the Hypnotist can see you clearly. The process allows the Hypnotist to create positive suggestions towards the losing phase of your journey.
After you purchase:
1. You will be taken to a scheduling page. Please select a time and date for your first session. (Keep in mind that the specific time you choose should be used to schedule your 2nd and 3rd sessions as well. Pick a time that is available for a 4 week period.)
2. You will be taken to a confirmation page. On this page there will be a link to Book Session #2. On the next confirmation page you will be directed to book Session #3.
3. You will receive additional information via email that must be completed before your first session. Please return these forms as soon as possible.
4. You will receive confirmation emails to add to your calendar. (If you are a virtual client, the zoom link will be included.)
