Parmesan chicken

Ingredients:
4-5 oz Chicken Breasts
2tbsp Dijon Mustard
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1⁄4 cup or organic parmesan cheese grated Black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and olive oil
2. In a small bowl combine mustard, soy sauce, and black pepper
3. Align the chicken breasts on the baking sheet and coat them with the prepared mix
4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cook in the oven until it is fully cooked (approx 20 - 30 min)
Tip: in the last 2 minutes change the oven to broiling mode so the cheese can grill
