Grilled Shrimp, Cauliflower Rice and Roasted Squash

Shrimp Ingredients:

3/4 pound large shrimp

Olive oil

Fresh cilantro

Pink salt and black pepper

Lemon zest of 1 lemon

1 tsp of grated ginger

Vegetable Ingredients

Cauliflower rice

Roasted squash

Instructions:

1,Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook shrimp for 3 minutes on each side

2,Add salt, pepper, lemon zest and grated ginger. Set aside

3.Serve shrimp with cauliflower rice and ¼ cup of roasted squash
